On 4/28/09, I received a text message stating I could receive free receipt texts. After signing in, I received a text message providing me with a password and stating that there would be monthly charges of $9.99. I immediately replied that I did not want to participate in their offer and got an immediate reply that I had opted out. On 5/18/09, I received my cellular bill and am being charged a monthly charge of $9.99 from Cylon LLC for the text offering on 4/28/09 and they applied those charges on 4/29/09 even though they said I had opted out... read full review »
