Bought a PC from Comet in Sept 08 and experienced problems within the first week. Went to store and reported problem and was told we had to contact Acer direct and that Comet could not help. Contacted the Acer helpline and explained my computer was freezing with everything I tried to do, they told me I had to re-set the computer to factory default settings and talked me through how to do it. This solved nothing at all and only wiped everything I had installed off, incl the microsoft office disc and windows one care disc which I had purchased... read full review »
