I've bought a 1000VA UPS from PC Game & Computer World, Centurion Branch. About a year later the UPS failed and I took it back to PC Game World so they can send it back to the manufacturer for repairs. At first they didn't like it because the UPS has been opened before. Normally this would void any warranty, but how else do you replace the battery???
