While reviewing my online bill with Sprint this month, I saw a charge for $9.99 that I didn't recognize. So, I called Sprint customer service to inquire. I was told that I had sent a text (from my phone) with a "ringer" attached. None of this made sense, especially considering the number the charge was being billed to was my 12-year old son's. I later did some research online to find hundreds of articles just like the one I'm creating, now. I've asked Sprint for a full refund, as this charge was unauthorized.
