This company is the worst. I think the customer service department works in dirt garages and stink rooms. They can't even hang up the phone until you hang up. I recommend you placing your phone in a corner somewhere with ear piecering music and just let it go. Every complaint I've read is exactly what happens with no exaggeration. One customer service lady hag actually hung up on us. I already sent my complaints to the BBB and attorney general on this company.
