I applied for a very small loan of $100 and was told I could not get approved because they needed a direct line to contact me at work. Now keep in mind in the past I had gotten approved several times and up to $1000 with no problem and they have always been paid on time. In the past they just called my job and verified I worked there. I am not sure on why the change but not everyone has a direct number to them at work so I don't see why they need this when none of my information has changed.
