These guys were great! They came to my house and picked up the rugs themselves to bring them to their cleaning plant. In an instant, they gave me an honest assessment of which cleaning methods would work best for my three rugs. The turnaround time was quick, the rugs are spotless, the price was great (very affordable), and they even carried the rugs up the stairs for me.
