I ordered the Acai berry product because of the 14 day trial period. After I received the product, I took it for a few days and decided to return it because I did not think it was worth the cost. Within the stated 14 day period I began trying to call the number they gave me to get an rma number and return the product. I started trying to call on the 11th day of my 14 day trial period.
