I spent weeks trying to a refund for several shipments of Cosmetyn that had been mailed to me. I was told by customer service to send them back return to sender. I called back and was told they do not accept return to sender. I spoke to a supervisor that offered me a vacation package, grocery and gas coupon but not my money and I have delivery confirmation.
