I too was scammed when I ordered something from JC Penny's, I know I did not authorize them to take any money from my account. In speaking to Anita, on May 19th 2009, at their customer service department, she stated that I had checked the box to allow this, but yet when I asked her to send me a copy of the page showing my name, account and the box that was checked they do not have a record, so how do they know I checked it or not, so does anyone know how to prove or disprove this??????? Would love to get my money back that I earned without screwing over thousand of us hard working people. read full review »
