I orderd this then canceled, was told there was no charges that i would recive, the next day my debit card was charged and a over draft fee. I was then on the phone for over an hour talking to customer service and all they could do was appologize . no action was taken place on their side, they said i would have to wait till i recived the product then mail it back at my cost then i would get refund. they said the total process could take up to 3 weeks and i am still out my over draft fee. All this after a rep said i was not going to get charged. they told me they would talk to her, big deal is she going to cover my fees??? read full review »
