I ordered an online document on GERDs for $19.95 US through this company's website a month ago. In the process of submitting the order a number of pages popped up asking if I agreed to many other items such as subscriptions at various costs which I did not wish to purchase. I selected "NO" at the bottom of each page but the site continued as if I had selected Yes.
