Similar issues...I ordered the free trial offer and didn't receive product until almost 3 weeks later and within the "15-day trial offer" they assumed I wanted the product and took it upon themselves to debit my checking account $88.97 and causing some domino affects in my checking account that were not on a positive note!! I have e-mailed back and forth and they assured me since I clicked on the "agree" button for the trial offer that they have every right to debit my acct.
