I too tried the trial product and was told I would only be charged 1.99 for the shipping and then seen a withdrawl on my checking account for $39.95. I would have not bought another supply which I was not satisfied with and I want info about getting my 39.95 refunded to me which I didn't authorize them to take out of my account.
