After ordering an Item online they give themselves three weeks to get the item to you. That's their first mistake. It should take no longer 10 business days to receive a product that is supposedly in stock. Second of all they have no idea what is actually in stock or not. There is no communication between them and their suppliers. I ordered a large DVD case from them that was never indicated to be backordered or anything.
