I have the unauthorized charge of $88.55 and tried everywhere to get a number to cancel. When I went to the website to try and find something (telephone or adress) I filled out the form to let me know if my free trial is still available. I didn't want to order it again so I tried to get off and all of a sudden a screen with an online representative came on. I wrote on there I wanted to cancel and she said to email [email protected].
