I started receiving charges from Shopper Discounts on my son's college Citi card after he made a purchase online. He did not sign up for this awards program but I began seeing a $12.00 charge each month. After calling and complaining about the charge I was told the membership would end. It was only after I told the representative that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB that I was told that all charges would be refunded. The representative did not put up much of a fight so I guess they have been told to refund completely when challenged. That pretty much convinces me that this is a scam. read full review »
