HSBC-BEST BUY has no policy and refuses to work with injured soldiers on their accounts! This should be a law for all debtors regarding injured soldiers. HSBC-Best Buy not only will not work with them but adds to the problem in ridiculus late & non payment fees! I have been dealing with them since Oct. 08 and have talked to 30-50 different people, spent over 5 hours in one day on the phone being bounced from person to person, department to department.
