200Cash Advance; referred by Cashtree Advances has failed to honor their contractural agreement by debiting my savings account and not depositing agreed funds they sent a confirmation for. Transaction initiated on 5/18/09'', debit from my account occurred 5/18/09, no deposit as of 5/23/09. I have alerted my bank to NOT accept any further transfer request or ACH transmittals from this organization until I have resolved my differences in an appropriate manner.
