Qwest emplyees went door to door in Denver calling on existing Qwest DSL customers offering to increase the speed and lower the price. I found it hard to believe so I got it in writing. When the bill came the price was higher than what was promised. I called Qwest and they informed me that no such plan existed. I asked why they were selling it door to door if it didn't exist and they said why don't you ask the person who sold it to you.
