Don't waste your time with Amerisave... they do absolutely nothing but take your money and tell you they are working on your loan... I finally went with Wells Fargo and it was like night and day. Wells Fargo processed my loan fast and professionally and with the lowest rates. I dealt with Paul Fitz-Gibbon through Amerisave and he still hasn't gotten back to me - 2 weeks after I sent my application - so much for "same day pre-approvals" that they advertise on the web. They also advertise "free loan processing", but you have to pay $35 for them to even look at your application... What a scam... read full review »
