If you refer to the "additional charges" explanation document on ATTs website it describes the highest amount of Regulatory Cost Recovery Charge for my zip / state of North Carolina as $0.62. Further it clarifies the Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) as a Component of the Regulatory Cost Recovery Charge. I therefore submit that the following two separate charges combined exceed the highest cost of $0.62 stated in the explanation of additional charges and request that the additional two charges totalling $0.18 be reversed immediately.
