After month of trying get Charter to correct a mix up on accounts, phone calls and visits to local office. I tried again by phone. I talked with an Operator in the Philippines, transferred to a Customer Service manage in Mexico, and finally British Columbia. The also employ Operators in Argentina. All this to attempt to untangle an Asheville area error they had made months ago. Since Charter Communications is a franchise.
