Gotta tell ya most of these complaints are accurate. Cant say I've tried anybody else but really not happy here. Went to pay my bill and ask why the broadband service stops working about the same time the techs quit answering the phone. All the ignorant bastard behind the counter could say was " Hmm dats weally weird" over and over while answering an IM on his terminal. Totaly stupid, uncaring, and unprofesional. Don't and wont recomend to anyone and feel sorry for anyone else who has fallen into this pit with me, but I do like reading the horror stories of those who do read full review »
