Had to complete caskback details by mail, as Hewlett-Packard was experiencing numerous problems with acceptance of cashback claims over the net. Rang Hewlett-Packard and told by "Seline" to send in forms before promotion dealine and wait approx. four months for the claim to be finalised. I waited and nothing happened.
