I ordered two large shakes and paid$6.76. I was handed two shakes and straws, no holder, no bag, nothing. I asked if I could have something to carry them in, as the ice cream was dripping down the sides. I was told "we're out". I asked how I could drive and not have these all over my upholstery. It was not her problem as she shut the window. The shakes fell to the pavement. I called the store when I got home to complain to the manager, who also hung up. It is not their problem, HOWEVER, THEY WILL KEEP THE MONEY. I called again to ask for a complaint line, and was hung up on again. Now THAT is customer service. read full review »
