I have had an ongoing problem with eHarmony for the last two years. I signed up for a six month period. I tried for the first three months to use the system, and never once talked to anyone. I then only went on the sight once a week and still no progress. I tried to get in a couple of times to the sight and it wouldn't let me, so I assumed they cancelled my subscription.
