I bought my daughters phone online and it was supposed to be put in her name and be billed in her name and address this was in Sept 2008, in March 2009 she changed phones this is when I found out that it was in my name I was told then it was changed to her name and billing address. Now in May of 2009 I found out that I have been getting the payments taken from my account and the phone is still in my name. I was told on the 21st of May that it was removed and I could process and refund request for the month of May only is all I was wanting... read full review »
