Monica leads, an Allstate agent, failed to provide adequate flood coverage for my home. Ms. Leads learned of the problem through my mortgage company(CHASE) and ignored my repeated calls. Four months after the policy was written and after my check was cahsed, Monica Leads, wihtout permission, re-wrote my policy and sent me a bill of $224.00. When I refused to pay the bill due to her negligence, she re-wrote the policy and sent the bill to my mortgage company.
