I received a trial offer of this resveratrolultra product, charged s/h and i did not use all of the product. I have received another bottle and I called the number that was shown on the website for refunds. I do not want a refund for the trial bottle, but the second bottle of the product which is $83.00 and some change. I called the company to request a refund and to my surprise I did get to speak to a live customer service representitive, the problems is she is basiclally reading from a piece of paper a set of answers.
