This place did a horrible job on my window tinting (all blistered) and now they will not honor the LIFETIME WARRANTY. The new owner said that he is not responsible for anything from before he became owner. He would not try in any way to work with me or negotiate - just put his hands up and said he was not responsible. Do yourself a favor and get your windows tinted or your car accessorized some other place. AVOID THIS PLACE! The warranty should go with the new owner, especially since it is the same company name, same address, same everything - just a new owner! read full review »

Banfield Pet Hospital - Signal Hill, CA

This is the WORST vet EVER! It was a Sunday and my regular vet was closed. I made the difficult decision to have my beloved cat euthanized because she was suffering. I did not want her to have to go through another day of suffering. I went to Banfield because 1) they were open on Sunday and 2) it was close to my house - thinking that they could not screw up a euthanasia. When I got there they put us in a room and put on a marketing film on a monitor to watch until they had time to send someone in. It was one of the worst days of my life... read full review »
