Definition of an Internet Troll
In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts controversial, inflammatory, irrelevant or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum or chat room, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or to generally disrupt normal on-topic discussion.

I went to my local A&W this week after reading the ugly complaint from squigles and they served up a beautiful plate of a cheeseburger with crispy french fries, made to order by a friendly short order cook. There were no kids working there at the time, just a friendly older woman and an older man who did the cooking. They don't hire kids to cook, just to serve the tables when the orders are ready. My server had a smile on her face and was very attentive to me. I even had a Classic Root Beer Float. YUMMM!
