****DO NOT SUBMIT REQUEST FOR "FREE TRIAL OFF"...**** Trying to get a refund is nearly IMPOSSIBLE! They send you your free trial w/ a flier that states "CALL US FIRST" & then lists a phone number (along w/ a website). The phone number does work but you have to call SEVERAL times because it's ALWAYS busy...other numbers come up disconnected.
