The company charged me $4.99 for their teeth whitening product for shipping. I never received the product and they are giving me the run around that I agreed to the terms of non-refundable shipping. Yes, for a product, not just to give them $4.99. They said the package was delivered, but I actually have a P.O. box and there is no package. They then want to send out a new product I may or may not get again. What a scam. Also, their call center in India is awful, they don't listen and keep quoting the terms and conditions.
