Answered ad in newspaper for Jack Russell puppies for sale. When I arrived I was shocked at the filth, the stench, these poor puppies (Six of them) were on top of one another in a small cage, all wet from urinating on each other. I am positive they were also defecating on each other from the stench. They had no food or water. Called police department, they could not help. Contacted Animal control officer left message.
