Purchased glasses on May 08, 2009, received call stating that lens needed to be returned and they would call us when ready. Today, we decided to call, person answered asked my husband to hold, he waited approximately 8-10 minutes, someone got on the line and asked who he was waiting for, he told them waited another 5-6 minutes was told lens had come in but needed to be inspected and that they would call, they indeed called.
