I was charged $1.99 but I never received any kind of CD! Thought IDS GRANTS was taking their time getting it together, "could take 4 to 6 weeks", bit. It took 4 weeks alright, for a $94.89 charge to show up on my credit card. "FOR WHAT!!!". Filed a dispute with my credit card company who got a refund for me only to have my card recharged the same day after a rebuttal from IDS GRANTS was filed. Still have no CD and they stole $94.89 from me. Whats wrong with this picture? Its called THEFT & FRAUD. "IT'S MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW!!! Not going to throw in the towel!!! Lin read full review »
