I ordered 3 magazines from this company on Dec. 19, 2007 as Christmas gifts. 2 magazines are being received. The 3rd and most expensive subscription, to People Magazine, has never been received. I emailed the company in mid April - after waiting the required weeks. The company stated that People would not refund the subscription price but they would. After several more emails, I still have not received a refund. I have saved all emails regarding this issue. read full review »
