My compaint is harassing phone calls. I made a purchase in August of 2005 and have never missed a payment. Because of finances, my payment is not always on time and has'nt been recieved on time in the last couple of months, GE Money Bank has found it neccessary to swap me with phone calls 7 days a week. I've yet to miss a payment nor due I intend too! I have started keeping a log with the dates and times of the calls. In the last 12 days I have recieved 31 phones calls, three of which have been at work. I didn't think this was allowed. I am not sure what legal actions I can take, but these harassing phone calls have to stop. read full review »
