IBSN charged me more than $500 for filing tax by showing me carrot of extra return ..when I paid them money, and was reviewing the calculations they have done, I found that they had made a mistake and my returns reduced substantially to 1/5 of the original promised returns. However they did not pay me back the excess money that they charged me completely and jus did a partial payment and have since been ignoring my calls and emails and are not returning the excess fees charged.
