I ordered a "free" trial and understood I would pay shipping charges. However, I was not aware that the company had placed a pending charge of $87.13 on my credit card until I called my bank to make an inquiry on a separate matter and was told this outstanding charge was on my account. I called the 866-992-6556 number and waited for almost 30 minutes to speak to a representative.
