I linked to the product promoted on Oprah and ordered a free sample. Within 2 weeks I discovered my credit card had been billed for an additional 69.95. I went back to the website and looked more carefully at terms & conditions and found that indeed I had "agreed" to this arrangement. The problem came when I attempted to cancel future orders. The website had no e-mail for customer service and the only phone number was perpetually "unavailable due to high call volume". I ended up going through my credit card company to dispute the charges.
