About one month ago I purchased a test sample of Ivory Brites, $4.99. Used the goop, didn't work on my teeth. A week later got the charge on my MasterCard for $88.97. Called the jerks over the phone then emailed a cancellation (ivorybrites.com/cancel) request...was denied. Threatened them with a dispute on my credit card. Finally after I humbled out and wrote them a letter stating that I would not pursue my dispute on my credit card...they gave me a full credit. What pain!!!Lesson, never buy a sample that I give my credit card info, because the fine print can be murder! read full review »
