I ordered and paid for a catnapper cloud nine recliner on 4-14-09 with cymaxstores.com on their 800 number. i was told it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. shortly after giving them my credit card to finilize the transaction i received an e-mail with order numbers and delivery dates. it stated delivery might take up to 4 weeks so i called back and spoke to the sales rep. who took my order (less than one hour after placing the order) and he said don't worry you should have it by the end of the month. so at that point i didn't cancel... read full review »
