When I ordered the product, it was for a 14 day risk free trial. I E-mailed them, to cancel my order before the 14 day trial period was over. I told them to send me and RMA number so I could send the rest of the bottle back to them. I get a respond back on my Email telling, me that there is no need to respond to this message if you would still like your account to be canceled. This email is your cancellation confirmation. Message was sent on May 19, 2009. I called them for an RMA so I could send the rest of the bottle back to them. No RMA could be given over the Telephone so I Emailed them an got the answers I provided to you. read full review »
