I am a paying customer yet I have been without electricity for two days now. This is due to the fact that the meters were mislabled. Aparently they have been mislabled for TWO YEARS now, and I have been paying someone else's bill. For the past two days, I have been given the run around by TXU representatives. They tell me that this is an issue that I have to take up with the apartment complex. After speaking with the apartment complex, they were unable to release any information to the manager there.
