we have tried several times to cancel automatic charges from our bank account for various gamer tags, my underage child did not understand the messages that the company says appeared on the screen which apparently said we agreed to pay another $7.99 per month, for a new gamer tag, but xbox allowed my child to say "yes" to these charges, without any kind of verification from me, i should have been notified by email each time before xbox created a new account, also, i was given a very hard time when i called xbox, being told that the... read full review »
