I received a trial offer of Acaipure diet items for the agreed upon shipping and then was BILLED for $44.00+ for the items plus shipment. I received an email for a return authorization, sent the entire shipment back with a receipt confirmation (I have this) and then did not receive a credit AND have now been billed AGAIN for $39.95, an unauthorized debit on my credit card. I am deeply concerned and am trying to recoup not only my money but ensure I get off their list. The company has a 60 minute phone wait time (or more) and will not respond to emails. Oprah gave her approval of this product, which was a strong endorsement. Help! read full review »
