I have also ordered and not received any product. The customer service employee's are VERY RUDE and will not budge in no way shape or form on crediting back my account for products that I have not received. If we as consumers do not file a class action suit against this company, they will continue to defraud consomers and make millions without paying any type of penlty or fine.
