I placed a print ad in yellow pages in two markets-been a customer for over 20 years. Requested a new service to track calls, signed off on the proof that had my business number listed and they changed the phone number to a non local number in the book. I lost business, got virtually no calls to that number as consumers in my area only call local numbers for electrical services. I have refused to pay the bill, have been haunted by collection agencies-even calling on Christmas day for this $800 charge that I have been disputing since the book... read full review »
